Returns & Exchanges

At OMO Merch, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
